Apart from toothbrushing  2 minutes you can do mouthwash with either any commercial mouthwash diluted half cap mouthwash half cap water for one minute twice a day . Otherwise warm  salt water rinses work well too. You can do a finger massage over the gums to keep them tight and healthy. Use vertical strokes with a soft bristle brush with pea sized toothpaste on front teeth and try gentle horizontal or circular strokes in the back teeth whichever seem convenient as long as you are comfortable and strokes don't provide discomfort .
Health Tips
DO not overzealously brush your teeth in a horizontal fashion and avoid tooth gels or abrasive powders , rather use toothcreams and contact your dentist for specific instructions suited as per your convenience and dexterity .
