Excessive use of tobacco over a prolonged duration can cause discoloration of teeth which can not be cleaned properly at home. Scaling, bleaching, laminates, veneers and zirconia crown are some treatment modalities for discoloration.
Next Steps
Visit a cosmetic dentist for the treatment that will be perfect for you.
Health Tips
Don't rub anything abrasive like salt or powdered tooth cleaner on your tooth to get rid of that stain as it weakens your enamel and may cause sensitivity.

Hi, Cleaning or scaling is done by dentist with a ultrasonic scaler & water jet which will help you to get your stains removed. Please gradually reduce & stop tobacco chewing as it not only will harm your overall general & oral health.
