Have you done culture sensitivity of urine? Antibiotics will work only if the bacteria are sensitive to it

It's always better to perform Urine culture prior start of inadvertent antibiotics to know the organism correctly and it's sensitivity.
Antibiotic resistance is hazardous in this era. Giving antibiotics just like that is making it worst.

I have seen this question at least 3-4 times. It could have been posted by you repeatedly. Or maybe many patients are facing a similar situation.
I don't know who prescribed this combination for you but apparently it is not working.
I suggest you should consult a Urologist in your area. Please go with all your investigation reports and all prescriptions and details of the treatment you have taken so far. You have been using very strong antibiotics but perhaps without a scientific basis.
