Chronic UTI
I ave done my urine routine and culture test and I got to know that Iam suffering chronic UTI from klebsiella oxytoca bacteria since 3 month. Pus cell in my urine is 3-4 is it normal? Dr. immediaetly treated me with amikacin 1gm(IV) and fosfomycin for 6 week still No improvemnt iam getting pain in my vaginal vulvur region. wt am i suppose to do?

What were your symptoms when you got your urine culture done? Was it self medication or you had consulted some Doctor ? How many doses of Fosfomycin and Amikacin have you taken? Please consult with your Doctor who prescribed this treatment. He is the best person to decide if your treatment should be changed.
