There are no bacterial colony growing after inoculated urine in culture dish still it could be infection and needs to be treated if have symptoms of burning in urine and increased frequent urine

It means that the urine sample u have had no BACTERIA in it.
So no BACTERIA could be grown from it in the laboratory
So don't worryy dear
It's fine and a normal REPORT.
Plenty of fluids throughout the day
Maintain hygiene
Wear loose garments
Use cotton panty
