I m having this chronic urticaria for 2 years and I m taking Allegra and dazit daily for 2 years. Pls help me is there any solution (both in ayurveda and allopathy) as i couldn't find my triggers. Thank you

Unfortunately tge only permanent sution gor chronic urticaria is avoidance of trigger.
However you may try to address the following which also contribute
1.stress and anxiety
2.vit D deficiency
3.Kidney function-please check
