Urticaria/hives - I've Been Suffering From Severe

I've been suffering from severe hives/urticaria from several months, I've tried changing everything its not an allergy from outside factors but i had a slight raise in my tsh levels and also have hormonal imbalances for a period of time. Only citrazen helps for few hours then its the same. It even covers my face head and back
