I m suffering from chronic fissure for last 5 months, want to get completely rid of this problem without surgery, so vil it be possible by ayuvedic treatmnt

Yes. There is a type of basti - medicated enema - called piccha basti. Any reputed Ayurvedic Hospital or physician can guide you. You need to take it under supervision. Make sure your stool is soft . Include 'suran' - Yams in your daily intake . which helps to improve digestion also heal fissures . Cap. Sunarin 2 tabs after BF LUNCH DINNER - SG phytopharma. Triphala ghrit 10 ml everyday - empty stomach in the morning with warm water . check your cholesterol level before and after 1 month of consumption of ghee. If it is increasing give a break of 15 days. Avoid - bakery products. Fermented food items . stale food. Indore - all items made from besan .. Spicy ..oily..food :). Curd. Prefer buttermilk . Walking is essential exercise in fissures.

It ll be cured with ayurveda.but if u ll follow pathya parhez.. consult ayurved physician. avoid curd,bakery,formntd,peanuts,daal.. take luke warm milk with 2 tsf cow ghee before sleep
