Chronic urticaria + autoimmune antibody
I am suffering chronic urticaria from a year. Recently my derma recommended me to run a test for antithyroglobulin antibody and my count is 18.9 IU/ml and antimicrosomal antibody count is 253.8 IU/ml. My derma asked me to continue with antihistamines( 360 mg Allegra in morning and 5 mg levocit in evening ), should I be concerned about the attack on my thyroid gland by these antibodies?? Do I need to change any medication?
My T3 ,T4 and TSH levels are in normal range though. Please help
