I have chronic toncillitus with frequent mouth ulcer from 5 years, sometimes during brushing i got some blood spots with mucus.

Aggressive brushing, very hot food, spicy foods can cause ulcers. GERD or acid regurgitated from stomach can also cause mouth ulcers. Visit a dentist Regarding tonsillectomy visit a good ENT specialist
