Definite treatment for anal fissure is surgery If your brother is afraid of surgery ,he should use Anobliss cream twice daily for few weeks which will help increase the blood supply to the affected area and promote healing. Other alternative is to get botulinum toxn injection to the affected area During the treatment period ,it's essential for him to stay well hydrated, increase high fibre diet fruits vegetables and whole grains Sit in warm water for 15 minutes twice daily to relax anal muscles Use stool softener to avoid getting constipated
