Chronic constipation
I went to gastroenterologist today and she said I have CIC and gave syp lactihep plus and laxopeg.
She said I should be able to pass stools everyday ,
And if I face difficulty i should have the medicine she prescribed.
I feel it is not possible passing stools everyday I have constipation for the past 15yrs and also got sigmoidoscopy done 10yrs back which was normal.
Now after changing my diet I'm passing stools once every 3 days.
Is it normal?

Better if stools pass everyday,but it's ok for now once in thrice day ,it will improve gradually.
