I am a breast feeding mother... my pregnancy weight has come down to pre pregnancy weight... when I checked my cholesterol it was high around 250... if the weight has come down will the cholesterol also comes down ? What should I do to reduce it ?

200 is normal , u have 250 do exercise and have less fata n oil and take fishcord oil soft gel capsules.just do running and exercise...

Need not worry ,u shd go for life style modification  for next three months ,u r sure to decrease cho level , Regular exercise daily walk , yoga Drink warm water two glasses early morning,bfr going to bed and bfr every meal Take lot of fibre diet,no oil no outside food,no junk food ,no bakery products Avoid stress
