Hi , your total total cholesterol and LDL levels are very high.ideally you should start medication to lower cholesterol levels.but as you are young, your BMI seems to be within normal range and high cholesterol levels is being detected for the first time you can try diet control and exercise for 1 month then repeat lipid profile after 1 month.if the levels are still high it would be better to start medication.
Next Steps
fast walking for 30 minutes every day, avoid all deep fried items and junk foods, limit using oil for cooking to a minimum.ghee also increase cholesterol levels so regulate it's use to maybe once a week or less. also check your blood pressure and fasting blood sugar levels

LDL more than 190 requires treatment with Statins (cholesterol lowering tablets ) . Still you can do a proper diet with regular exercise to lower it without medicines as you're very young and have less risks for major health issues . Repeat the test after 2 months . Kindly check your blood sugar levels as well . If sugars are normal, you can definitely do it with diet alone .
