Cholestasis of Pregnancy
I am 36 weeks 4 days pregnant, last month my liver enzymes were elevated sgpt/sgot/ALP- 55/44/184. After 2 weeks it was sgpt/sgot/ALP- 77/65/261 and  my serum bile acid was 4.5 umol/L. Yesterday  again I was tested of lft and bile acid but this time it is more increased and bile acid reached to 15.6 umol/L. Since 2 weeks I am taking udiliv 300 twice daily as advised by my gynaecologist. I want to know why medicine is not working for me. I have cut down all fatty foods too but still the condition is not improving. My reports are attached with this. Please help me to understand the situation and what should I do.
