Clinical examination is required in this type of case, as per the picture you have attached your right front tooth will go for root canal treatment along with capping and left front tooth will go for composite build-up. The approximate cost will depend upon which type of cap you're going for metal or metal-free for further queries you should consult a doctor.

First of all a x ray will be done to visualise the actual status of the tooth if it has involved the nerve then RCT else filling will be done
