Chills, sudden high fever, diarrhea

Asked for Male, 16 Years

Yesterday my temperature rapidly increased and it gave me chills. Today, the fever just went away suddenly, too. I'm still having diarrhea though. I'm wondering if this could be dengue fever. I had my first dengue fever two years ago and this could be the second one if ever.
