Probably you have cheiro pompholyx. This condition will not get cured unless we pin point the cause why this has come up. Immunocap allergy test would be ideal before starting any treatment

Protect exposed area of hand and feet with woolen shokes and gloves avoid cold blowing air it in winter time if possible take calcium channel blocker . And check with Docter in time for more savior condition
