Nausea Headaches, hands and feet cold

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi I have been experiencing nausea and headaches almost everyday which eventually leads to vomiting. My hands and feet gets extremely cold..you can say chilled. face becomes pale too. I am currently taking injections for b12, twice a week. Can you please say what's going on and what might be the reason behind my hands and feet getting cold and sweaty. It happens everyday now.

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg with domperidone twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.
