my son is 4.5 year. one of is teeth is gum disease. Know he is suffering so much pain. My question is know what we do? In this age root canal is ok? or remove this?

I am a pedodontist.. u can go with root canal .. which we generally call pulpectomy.. if d kid as severe pain start with mox kid 250 mg 5 ml thrice a day n visit d dentist
There is no definable age for root canal treatment. Any age at which a tooth can be damaged to an extent that nerves are involved and symptoms appear is the appropriate age for root canal treatment if extraction is to be avoided. And extraction much before the normal shedding time is going to cause problems to other teeth and malalignment of permanent teeth.
