My daughter is having wet cough from last 2 days bulgum is sounding in her cough no sneezing no fever no cold. I have given alex junior but no improvement. Which medicine to be given

Alex jr is for dry cough . Give her a wet cough preparation with montelukast and Levocet.
Next Steps
Add nose drops and steam inhalation and nebulisation to the prescription too
