Chicken pox can leave very ugly scars on face is proper treatment wasn't initiated at the time of active disease. Subcisson, peels, and laser are few varied treatment options. Treatment will be personalized. Visit your dermatologist for proper guidance

Chicken pox scars need specific therapy once the active infection has settled. Most of them resolve without leaving marks and scars if appropriate therapy (Usually Aciclovir – an antiviral drug) was started in the golden period (within 3 days of having chicken pox). Many of them can still resolve spontaneously in a time frame of few weeks. The remaining stubborn ones need appropriate therapy based on the amount of scarring and pigmentation
Next Steps
Fractional CO2 lasers work best for scars.

Hi, if they are only marks then they settle with creams containing kojic acid etc. If there are scars then they require sessions of resurfacing etc.
