Chest pressure
I feel pressure in middle chest most of the time in a day. Sometime shortness of breath. I have done ecg but it is normal. I am 27year male. Have too much gas problem bloating. Please tell me is this heart pain or gas.

Only Ecg is not diagnostic for heart issue.specially in ur matter.,but in first site it's looks like cause of flutinance or due to acidity.. Kindly take take tab. Rabesec 20 mg twice a day
