Dear Friend, Chest pain because of heart disease at your age is uncommon, unless there is very strong history of heart disease in family. Still I suggest you get your lipid profile and ECG done and see a physician. If those test are normal, then the chest pain is more likely due to hyperacididty and stress. Best wishes.
