I'm having light chest pain whenever in swallowing or drinking fluids from yesterday. I had vomited yesterday after lunch. And after that. I thought it would subside but it's hurtiy. I'm afraid. What is it

It's heart burn ,which is simple gastritis . Take pan d / lanzol for 1 week twice daily . Avoid oily and spicy foods .ensure to have food before 7 and sleep atleast 2 hrs after meals

Hiii... There are 2 probable causes 1. gastritis 2. Heart disease... Have to rule out both... And need more history... Lyk exact site of pain and need to know for what u r taking meprate tablet etc..
