It's heart burn ,which is simple gastritis .
Take pan d / lanzol for 1 week twice daily .
Avoid oily and spicy foods
.ensure to have food before 7 and sleep atleast 2 hrs after meals

Hiii... There are 2 probable causes 1. gastritis 2. Heart disease... Have to rule out both... And need more history... Lyk exact site of pain and need to know for what u r taking meprate tablet etc..
