Chest Pain
I have been having a chest pain from past couple of weeks now (not all time). I have been consulted cardiologist and pulmonologist both of the reports have come normal. Kindly assist what is the reason that I'm feeling the pain and how long does it last if it is related to muscles.

Your pain could be due to spasm in the chest muscles or upper back muscles. You should consult a physiotherapist for complete assessment and treatment. With electro therapy and exercise therapy your pain will subside.

Deep breathing, relaxation techiniques may help but it may be due to acidity, post your query in general section.

Do deep breathing exercises. Relaxation techniques will be helpful to you. Sometimes acidity causes such pain . Take Gentle massage on the upper back and sides of chest

If you have ruled out cardiac and digestive causes your thoracic spine or rib dysfunction or even cervical spine referral could lead to such pain.

It might be pectoralis major muscle strain.maintain proper posture and Ergonomics. Avoid weight lifting,prolong sitting in Slough positions. Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for exercises guidance.
