I am having the pain in left side of my chest it started suddenly during the sleep. I am still having the pain and I feel more pain when I am laughing please tell me what should I do.

Your age and your chest pain getting aggravated on laughing suggests that it could be muscular pain. In cold rainy weather muscular pain is common. Your previous day activities could have also caused it.
