Chest pain
Chest pain on the upper left side of the chest. Difficult to work. Smoker and have recently sprayed pesticide on apple trees without wearing a mask. Ecg and blood pressure is normal.

An X ray Chest is also required.

your BMI is normal

Nothing to worry as of now as u said ecg is normal. Chest xray wise its not clear. Need a detailed information still. Kindly consult require info on ecg and duration of pain.

Although your Cardiac troponins are normal. Maybe you have pick some weight with the left hand! Is it the scenario?
