Chest pain and ecg
Today suddenly I felt a sharp chest pain in my heart and it subsided , but I was feeling nervous. After this checked BP and it was 150/90, I went to the emergency room, ecg was done and it showed poor r wave progression v3, but the GP said it's normal and this is my third ecg in 2 months(pain was felt first time )the first two times it was normal. And my BP returned to normal 124/78 , RBS is normal too, i have a little bit of gastritis, do I have to go to a cardiologist ?

Please consult with a Cardiologist. You are only 25 years old. If the Cardiologist also says that "everything is normal"  then you should consult with a Psychiatrist.

Sharp chest pain lasting for a few seconds to minutes is unlikely related to heart.Your anxiety during the visit to hospital may have raised the BP which settled down after a while.Yiu can have a second opinion from a cardiologist in your area.

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
