Chest burning sensation

I am getting burning sensation in my chest after the intake of food. I had gone for endoscopy the results are normal. If i take buttermilk after the food there is no burning sensation please suggest a solution

You r suffering from severe acidity First of all you should regularise your timings of meals...avoid spicy food...salty food....dont sleep immediately after dinner...there shoud be minimum half an hour gap betweem dinner n sleep Get minimum 6 to 7 hrs sleep at night If need consultation regarding this visit Health Point Polyclinic Kothrud Pune          Dr Naik
