Dear human, thank you for sharing and reaching out. It sounds like your sister is going through a difficult time lately and I appreciate your effort to step in for your sister and help her. From what you’ve said, it seems like your sister is experiencing mood swings and some highs and lows in reaction to certain life stressors. These stressors could be anything like work pressure, interpersonal troubles, health issues or any other crises that has a possibility to affect her. Provided information is not sufficient to arrive at a conclusion as it’s crucial to know about the intensity, reasons, frequency, and her opinion to help or guide her in any way. You can observe whether these symptoms are affecting or retarding her daily functioning, if yes it is pertinent to seek professional help immediately.
Next Steps
Please book an appointment with me via practo, as we go about exploring her concerns, it’s reasons and beneficial ways to approach it. Hope to hear from you soon - take care.

Until then, try talking to her about what's bothering her in a calm and non-judgmental way also explain to her about the importance of seeking therapy if she perceives things to be out of control.

Hello, it is great that you shared your concern about your sister. From what you shared she seems to be reacting to potential stressors in her life. It is important to know what are the causes of her reactions, when did it start etc. Without knowing that it would be difficult to know what she is experiencing. You could begin with talking to her about it (understanding and support from family may make her want to share her thoughts and feelings). But eventually it would be good if she consulted with a psychologist and get in-depth understanding of the issues she may be facing. That way she could find other ways to cope them effectively.
