Father's history of cancer has made you apprehensive and a kind of insecurity is making your bowels nervous. Stop thinking about it and engage yourself in your routine keeping busy. IBS is precipitated in stressful conditions. Your reports are normal and your age is unlikely to have any such thing at least at this moment. Eat high fiber balanced diet, have good sleep and enjoy life.
