This is an expected Normal Response, although some amount of hyperactivity without any noticeable issues, can be temporary change, possibly due to changing weather conditions, etc. To make sure, baby passes at least 6 times per day ---> Urine, Stools ---> At least 2 to 3 times or more, maintaining his previous frequency, without change in the same!!! Maternal Factors : Also, to make sure the consumption of Your diet isn't much of spicy, or dramatic change from routine, to avoid any rapid change in baby's milk content as well. To keep yourself well hydrated, 2.5 to 3 L of water per day...
Next Steps
To watch is urine is less as mentioned above, and see if baby is sleeping at least 17 to 20 hours a day... Except while feeding....
Health Tips
- Urine - 6/day at least - No diapers, only cotton diapers (preferably loosely based, in order to instantly change it when soiled, or wet) - Maternal Diet (Non spicy) - Maternal Hydration - Ambient sleeping surroundings, to avoid bright lights, loud sudden sound changes - Avoid handling by multiple people (Max 2 People for handling, changing diapers, etc) - Note for nasal discharge, always keep Saline Nasal Drops handy - 1-2 drops in each nostril, 10 minutes before feeding - Feed at 35 to 45 degrees Angle at the neck of the Baby, at all times,NEVER FLAT FEEDING, followed by COMPULSORY BURPING for at least 3 to 5 minutes, - Vaccinations as per your Pediatrician's followed IAP/ National Immunisation Schedule - In case of any doubtful factors from above, contact your Pediatrician first and check for availablity, and if needed to visit Clinic physically OR avail Telemedicine consult Facility, in case of Non-emergency Cases...

You baby is growing well Sir, becoming socially aware and responding to it so don't worry
Next Steps
Since they are easily distracted, it is advisable to feed baby in isolation and silence leaving baby and mother undisturbed for that time. Otherwise if not possible baby would demand for feeds as per his hunger.
Health Tips
Continue with only Breastfeeding for next 3months, and keep giving the Vitamin D supplement as advised
