Chances of dominant follicle rupture
Hello,i always have had 40-45days cycle. this month I have been following the growth of the follicles. I have got dominant follicle in the right ovary being 18.5*17.8 on 26th day of the cycle. This measure remained same when scanned on 22nd day as well. My question is why there was no signs of growth? What are the chances of eggy if I trigger HCG? Will I get my periods on Time?

Your endometrial thickness is all right.  Chances are that there will be ovum. HCG  trigger could have been tried.
