There are more than one options for treatment of chalazion depending on its position, severity, chronicity (duration) and number. The treatment options are massage and topical medication, intralesional steroids and surgical removal. Kindly visit your ophthalmologist (Oculoplasty specialist) for evaluation and advice. hope this helps.
