Chalazion reoccurred
Hi .. Exactly one year ago I got my chalazion surgery done . It got better after few weeks . I was doing fine but two days back I think it has reoccurred . There is swelling around my eyes , the same place is swollen and I can feel something hard . I think it's infected . Please guide regarding the eyedrops for some relief . There is slight pain also spcly on touching that part . Please check the picture for reference .

Hi It seems as if you are having stye. Do warm compresses Visit an ophthalmologist for proper treatment

It's stye please put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin and put antibiotics eye ointment e.g. ocupol at bed time. Also take oral antibiotic and anti inflammatory tab e.g. tab ciplox 500and tab diclogesic twice daily also do hot foamentation.. If it ruptures please squeeze out the pus otherwise it might need operation.

Hello This does not look like chalazion This is suggestive of stye Try A.warm compresses B. Apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloaxacin twice daily along lid margins C. Take systemic antibiotic It may take a week for full resolution
