I am 11 weeks pregnant.I was pregnant with 4 feotus until my last scan on 9 week. Today when I got scanned one feotus have already stopped growing and 1 I got reduced. Now I am pregnant with twins.
My cervix at 9 week was 32 and now it's 25
Is it dangerous? If yes than what should I do

Twin gestation with a short cervix.need to repeat USg at 11-12 weeks but in twins the screening by NT is not very reliable.monitor the cervical length .

Its better u go for cervical encirclage as u may avoid ur delivery in 7th or 8th month
As u will procced if cervix is shortened more will be difficult to get stitch
In serial usg ur cervix is shortening
