Cervix Funnelling 1cm Closed at 29Weeks
My wife is 29 weeks pregnant, and in the growth scan we fond that that cervix funnelling started, out of total 3 cm only 1 cm is closed and 2 cm got opened, my wife is in complete bed rest , no symptoms as of now what should we do to save pre mature delivery, and what are the chances thag it will last till 37 weeks?

This is a case of cervical insufficiency which can lead to preterm birth. It is difficult to stop pregnancy and only supportive measures as used to prolong the pregnancy. Dexa coverage need to be given for baby.
Cervical cerclage should be done.
Complete bed rest.
No heavy weight lifting.
If any complaints of pain abdomen, leaking or bleeding immediately reach hospital.
Compression stockings to be used as she is on bed rest and increased risk of thrombosis.
Cervical cerclage can prolong pregnancy.

The journey of the antenatal period is still remaining and is nearly 8 to 9 wks to achieve fetal lung maturity, you can consult online for advice and needful medicines. Just bedrest may not suffice.

Can take medicines for stopping labor pain. And also bedrest . Also steroid cover for baby's lung maturity.

Very less chance that it will go upto 37 weeks she may continue upto 31-32 weeks or can deliver even before, no way of saying, take steriods for baby maturity complete bed rest and see how long the pregnancy will prolong thats all
