Hi
I am 25 year old boy,
I am since 2 years i have been suffering from acute pain in my neck and head. I was diagnosed with vit d3 deficiency and i have already completed the course twice.
2 months back i was diagnoses with straightening of cervical spine.
Dr. Asked me to do few exercises.
I do them but sometimes the pain becomes so severe to resist. My jaws have also started to get stiffed along with neck (front , sides and back) i gets severe ache in head, around the eyes as well.
Please suggest something that could help me.
One of my knee joint also starts paining anytime.
