Having cervical problem from last year already had physiotherapy not get relife. looking in Dwarka new delhi

Temporary solution is Initialy for 4 days go for ice packs thrice a day after that use hot foementation thrice a day.

Take your problem seriously before it get worst find a good physio near your locality and get full physical evaluation done . Therapist can perform manual exercises Neck Muscle release Manual cervical traction And much more as per evaluation.

Do proper body position during work including nect, it shouldn't be more flexed or extend try to keep it neutral. Avoid same position for long time. Ex-Neck iso, gentle self stretching, circumductory movements of nect, hot water fermentation. Consult with occupational therapist
