Cervical Pain in left arm and neck
My mother is facing the cervical pain for about two months now. Earlier only home treatment was done like taking rest & applying pain balm for about 1 month and the pain was not much. Later on we went to an orthopedic and she was diagnosed with x-ray. We found out there was decrease in gap between bones in cervical region. There is a sharp pain in left hand which was persistent at first but now it comes and goes. She is taking pain medication and calcium and has been going for physiotherapy for 6 days. How much time can it fully take to restore back to normal and what other sort of treatments can we try? Physiotherapist suggested some exercises but while doing the exercises the pain increases. Also the pain increases during night time and in early morning.
