Cervical length
My Cervical length at Nt scan 11w 4d was 4.4 cm and now at 18w3d its 3.4 cm i have had 4 ivf early miscarriage ( all before 6 week 1 natural conception ectopic ruptured at 5.5 wks. This one is also natural conception . please tell me is it fine or should i go for stitch? Please help.

Cervical length is normal however considering your history you may have complete bed rest, avoid lifting heavy weight and strenuous exercise and repeat scan to look for funneling of cervix cervical length after 2-3 weeks. Keep a check on cervical length.

Your cervical length is normal for your period of gestation .Usually it reduces as the pregnancy progresses.However,due to your previous bad outcomes,you need to keep a careful watch .
