Right ovary measures ~18 x 12 mm Left ovary measures ~18 x 7 mm. Both ovaries are grossly normal. The rectum appears normal. There is no evidence of rectal wall thickening. The levator ani and other pelvic floor muscles appear normal. Visualized pubic bones and sacrum appears normal. IMPRESSION: ❖ Imaging features are more in favor of cervical carcinoma, with tumor extension into the parametrium, vaginal fornices and bladder wall - Stage IVA o Suggested PET CT and HPE correlation. Is this curable ??? Any chance for her survival please

Hello sir…This looks like locally advanced cervical cancer…Which needs further staging evaluation with whole body PETCT scan for confirmation of any distant metastasis….Also biopsy is required to confirm the type of cancer and needs to be started on treatment based on final stage

She will need a cystoscopy to look if urinary bladder is really involved or not.
Pet CT to look for spread of disease else where is body.
If no spread and bladder is not involved she will need Chemo radiation therapy.
If bladder is involved then chemo followed by radiation.
