Ceramic braces care
I'm wearing ceramic braces and I'm advised not to drink tea or coffee as it will stain the braces but can I drink green tea. will it stain the ceramic braces.

Any colored food including termeric will stain braces but if you rinse well after eating anything or drink plenty of will not only prevent staining but decay as well. So have food of your choice but dont forget to rinse well.

Patient seeking orthodontic treatment eg. Braces, is advised a more frequent brushing routine in comparison to other patients and Fluoride mouth wash occasionally.  Irrespective of the source of beverage , the flavanoids will stain your teeth after precipiatating as melanoidins, due to various reactions. Green tea will just stain less in comparison to black tea or coffee. 
Next Steps
As advised please brush after every meal. Follow the maintenance instructions and keep a gap of half an hour, between  using any mouth wash and eating. Do swish with water after eating or drinking anything.

Visit your dentist regularly for ongoing orthodontic treatment and in case of new white opaque lesions on teeth in areas of attachment of braces. We consider orthodontic patients at higher risk of developing further caries.

Green tea does not stains your teeth. However brushing after drinking tea and milk is always advisable
