Center abdominal pain
I have been facing center abdominal pains every few days . I am unable to understand why is that pain and sometimes it goes to my back pain Can someone please tell me what are these symptoms for and should I do an xray or something so that I can know what is happening inside my stomach

Tab pan d40(1-0-1)before food 5days. Syr sucralfate(3ml-3ml-3ml)before food. 2 weeks. Syr ciplactin plus (3ml-3ml-3ml)before Food 1 month. Tab spasmonil(1-0-1)3days after food.
