Cbc of my dad
So my father a routine cbc, it showed he haa some abnormal values.
He was having pain near chest but ecg and echo ruled out any abnormalities.
He is on cholesterol medicines since a month or two.
Please help me to understand this report and what actions to be taken further! Please guide me as he's a little old and I don't want him to get any major issues due to this.

the current investigation is indicative of microcytic hypochromic anemia, which means the Red blood cells are small and contain less amount of hemoglobin, this is mostly due to deficiency of Iron but can also occur due to other reasons.
