I would suggest you to get treated first for the cavities, once you're under pregnancy you'll have gums related problems for sure. That can lead to severe pain and during pregnancy extensive treatment and radiographs cant be done so... its better get restorations of the cavities done as early as possible.
Next Steps
visit your nearby dentist.

Filling of cavities is a very simple precedure. But delay may cause more food lodgement in cavities leading to more infection. So go ahead for your treatment.
Simple fillings requires less visits, whereas if they become infected then they may require more visits. So get them treated as early as you can.
Consult doctor online or offline for more details.
Hello. Restorations/Cavity Filling is a simple procedure, which can be done during pregnancy as well. However, if the cavity extends deep over the period of time, it may require root canal treatment for which antibiotic treatment may be required. It is advised to get your filling done as early as possible before the cavity extends further deep.
Please visit a dentist for definite diagnosis and treatment.
Getting cavities filled is a very simple procedure which can be done even during pregnancy.. but if the cavities are deep, it may go for root canal treatment after which you need to use a course of antibiotics.. so if you haven’t yet got conceived, better visit a dentist right now.. even if u get conceived also, always prefer your second trimester to visit a dentist..
