Can u explain these reports? Does it indicate metasis of cancer? What is likely prognosis for it? Its of my brother.. he has started chemo

Can u share the PET Scan before starting Chemo?
Has any surgery been done before?
From what I can gather here is that there is an osteosarcoma with lung mets and 2 cycles of chemotherapy have been completed.
There is disease progression compared to the reports done in June.
Next Steps
Continue chemo. Finish 2 more cycles and reassess.
