Your nail changes are most probably due to nutritional deficiencies. Take supplements for vitamin  deficiency. And make lifestyle changes and food eating habits changes for acidity and gastric issues      because pantop or antacid  decreases the absorption of nutrients like calcium and vitamins in long run. So you can't depend on pantop or antacid in long run you can take for acute symptoms But try to change your lifestyle 1 .Avoid spicy food . 2.Avoid lying down immediately after eating food , either take a small walk or be sitted don't lie down on bed . 3.Eat your food according to circadian rhythm Have your dinner before 7pm . 4Avoid late night dinner and mid night snacks . 5Avoid excessive coffee or tea intake .
Next Steps
Do all these changes in lifestyle gastritis will improve and for anxiety either consult a doctor for symptoms so that you get that reassured feeling of being okay  If symptoms of anxiety are from very long time as you r saying since 2020 you can consult a doctor anxiety symptoms also.
Health Tips
Don't take proton pump inhibitors like pantop or antacid for very long time they could cause nutritional deficiencies n dont take supplements for too long without consulation they could also cause you side effects of toxicity.

Hello Sir, The nail changes you’re noticing can often be linked to vitamin/mineral deficiencies (like B12, iron), acidity-related nutrition issues, or even stress/anxiety itself. Since you already have B12 deficiency and anxiety, these could contribute — but usually it is not a dangerous sign. I hope it helps you. If more questions are in your mind, you can reach me for a free detailed consultation on WhatsApp at nine one one nine two five five six nine nine.
