Can we take limchee tablets for immunity
As a safer side can we take vitamin c, d and zinc tablets to boost immunity. Also is it advisable for diabetic patients who are 50+ in age.

Vitamin D should not be taken regularly. It should be taken based on your serum vitamin D level. It can lead to hypervitaminosis

vitamin C &B are watter Soluble Vitamins  you can take them while D Should not be taken Rondomly as its Excess  may cause harm.
